Who is responsible

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: company, email, destination country and port, product, volume and your message. If you write to us by email or WhatsApp instead, we hold that conversation and the contact details it carries. We do not ask for, and have no use for, personal data beyond what identifies you as a commercial contact.

What we use it for

To answer your enquiry, quote, and if it goes ahead, run the operation and its paperwork. We do not sell or rent contact data, and we do not send commercial mailings to anyone who has not asked for them.

Who else sees it

The form is delivered by FormSubmit, and our email runs on a commercial provider; both see the message in transit. When an operation goes ahead, the data needed for the shipment reaches the plant of origin, the freight forwarder, the certifier and the customs authorities of both countries, because a shipment cannot travel without it.

Cookies and measurement

The site itself sets no cookies. It stores your language choice in your own browser, which never leaves your device. If analytics or advertising measurement is switched on, those tools set their own cookies to count visits and attribute enquiries; you can block them from your browser without losing any part of the site.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become an operation: two years. Operations: as long as Argentine commercial and tax law requires for the records of an export, which is ten years.

Your rights

Under Argentine law 25.326 you may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted where no legal obligation makes us keep it. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within ten working days. The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública oversees compliance and receives complaints.

Buyers in the European Union

Argentina is recognised by the European Commission as a country with an adequate level of data protection, so data can move here from the EU without further safeguards. The rights above match those of the GDPR.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We do not apply changes retroactively to data already collected.
