The label is the short version of the lot.
Hadeté is the brand we use when the product reaches the shelf as it left the plant: packed at origin, with the harvest, the lot and the region printed on the front rather than buried in a spec sheet.
Who the brand is for
Distributors of organic and specialty food, delicatessens, and shops that sell the origin along with the product. If you buy to repack or to process, the bulk format on the home page will suit you better.
Everything under the brand comes from the same lots we sell in bulk. The difference is the packaging and the story on the front, never the origin or the analysis behind it.

What is printed, and why
Four things appear on every front label. They are the four a buyer asks for when a lot is questioned, so they travel with the jar rather than with the paperwork.
- Region, not countrySan Juan, Salta or Cuyo, because "Argentina" says nothing about the climate the fruit grew in.
- Harvest monthNot just a best-before date. For a southern-hemisphere crop, the harvest month is what tells you how fresh the lot is.
- Lot numberThe same number on the certificate of analysis and the transaction certificate, so a jar on a shelf can be traced back to a plant.
- What was not addedNo added sugar, no sulphites, cold extracted. Stated plainly instead of implied with a leaf.
