When it ships

Everything we sell is picked between February and June, which is the northern hemisphere's quiet season. Pick a month to see what is in the warehouse.

Picking and drying New crop, ready to load

Windows are indicative and move a few weeks with the season. Ask us for the current lot before you plan a landing date.

The portfolio

Eight are crops from growers and plants working under Argentina's national organic framework, Law 25.127, audited by SENASA; every lot leaves with its certificate of analysis and its organic transaction certificate. The pasta is an industrial line, kept apart.

Mung beans

Vigna radiata Cristal, Satén II, Esmeralda

Sprouting grade, at ≥92% germination, ships to the United States, where lot-by-lot pathogen testing is the control. The European Union requires a national sprouting-seed inspection scheme that Argentina does not yet have, so for Europe we sell the same bean as dry pulse for cooking. Germination rate and calibre are set at the cleaning plant, not afterwards, so tell us what you need while we are still quoting.

Everything else here is a crop, traceable to a field and a harvest lot. The pasta is manufactured: its guarantee comes from the plant that makes it, not from origin.

Three ways to buy from us

The same lot can leave in three different shapes. What changes is the packaging, the label and the minimum — not the origin or the traceability.

In bulk

Unbranded and unpacked: flexitank or IBC for oil, 10 kg cartons for raisins, 25 kg bags or totes for mung beans. This is the format for buyers working to a specification and a price, who pack or process at their end.

Under your own label

We pack with your label at the plant of origin, using your artwork and your regulatory copy. We handle artwork approval and the labelling requirements of the destination country. Minimum volume per SKU depends on the format.

Under the Hadeté brand

Finished product under our own brand, for distributors and specialist shops that want the origin story already told: 500 ml tin and glass, 1 kg pouch, 500 g bag.

The climate is the product

All three crops grow in dry, high, bright country along the Andes, where the dry, sunny climate finishes the fruit rather than a machine.

How an order goes

There is no sales department to route your enquiry through. Whoever answers your first email stays with it to the last document.

  1. You tell us the product, the volume, the destination port and the spec you need.
  2. We come back with a price, an incoterm, packaging and a lead time.
  3. Samples ship with their lot number and certificate of analysis.
  4. On confirmation we book the plant, the container and the inspection.
  5. Documents travel with the shipment, and we follow it to arrival.
